We utilize the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nonetheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly but not exclusively to articles made in part or in whole from suede, leather, silk, satin, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimming, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.
In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and/or shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Differences in article count must be reported, and the ticket presented within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count is final. The company's liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
Items processed as part of a promotion (special price) must be paid in advance. Special prices are valid only for limited time. In the promotional periods, the processing time might extend up to two weeks.
